Have fun and stay motivated in one of our group exercise classes held regularly in the studio. We provide a wide range of classes that are interactive, motivational and above all FUN. Taught by professional studio instructors and suited to all levels of co-ordination and fitness, these classes range from Body Pump, circuit training, aerobics through to our complimentary approach to maintain health with classes such as Yoga and Pilates.

All regular studio classes are included FREE within your membership.


Studio Class descriptions

Aerobics - A fun way to exercise as part of a group, this class will help increase cardiovascular fitness levels and burn calories using a variety of low and high impact moves.

20-20-20 - This class offers everything! Starts with 20mins of aerobics, then 20mins of body conditioning, finishing with 20mins abs to give you that full body workout.

Body Blast - High impact aerobic fun, blasting every part of your body with fun and effective moves.

Strike - A class that is high impact throughout. In this class you will learn simple boxing punches and martial art kicks to help increase fitness levels and tone the whole body, whilst having great fun at the same time.

Boxercise - A circuit based class giving you a mix of boxing skills and weights workout. Once again a fun class to attend. If you enjoy circuit training you will enjoy this class.

Running Club - This class takes you out of the club itself around the local running routes. You will be out with an experienced and fully qualified instructor who will help you improve your running technique whilst also improving your fitness.

Yoga - A class focussing on posture, body alignment, combining relaxation and body awareness. Designed to boost energy levels, increase flexibility and relieve stress.

Pilates -  Conditioning and relaxing your mind and your body. A class designed to help improve posture, flexibility and leave you feeling relaxed and energised.

LBT - Legs, Bums and Tums a fantastic class focussing on all the favourite body parts, using hand weights and resistance bands to add variety and difficulty levels. All abilities welcome to attend.

Abs Conditioning - A class that is purely for toning your tummy. This class is based in our core and stretch area using a range of different equipment to help tone and sculpt your abs.

Circuit Training - Perfect for both men and women. A class where you will get the best from both cardio and resistance stations with an instructor pushing you to your limits. A really motivational class.

Body Pump - The fastest way to get in shape. If you like your weight training then this class is for you, not only does it tone but also burns body fat. Set to the latest music, that will not only motivate you but give you that feel-good feeling.

Boot Camp - Not for the faint hearted! A circuit based class that is one of the hardest and toughest challenges you will ever do. If you want to be motivated, then this is the class for you. Your boot camp instructor says "No one gives in".

Step Aerobics - Remember those classic step classes you loved? Well its back and better. This is a high impact class giving you a great workout, burning calories and toning.
